During the course of the project Tom and his assistant were very professional and courteous.  Care was taken to ensure the house and floors were covered in drop cloths, cabinets and countertops were covered as well in the bathroom.  Each day after work was completed they did a great job of cleaning up the debris and supplies. The work itself was very detailed and well done...corners were mitered for a perfect fit, tiles were bull nosed so we didn't have to get separate bullnose pieces, and all the slate was installed evenly (this was no small feat given that the tiles were all different thickness).  The work was so well done that when the glass installers showed up for their install, they could not believe the space that they were given to work with and the fact that it was so level and well done. Tom and his assistant were always punctual, worked around our schedule, followed up almost every day to make sure we were pleased with the progress of the project, and answered all our questions along the way.

Tom is extremely professional and very talented at tile work. He is quick to respond to phone calls and is meticulous when it comes to the tile work and cleaning up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use his services in the future.

We have used Tom for a number of projects this year and this was the final and largest project.  Once again we are 100% satisfied with the work that was done.  Tom is a perfectionist and goes to great lengths to make sure everything is exactly as we wanted it.  He actually had higher expectations than we did!!  My wife loves the little recessed foot hole built into the side of the shower wall that makes shaving her legs a breeze!  When they were done I went over the room just to try and find something wrong and I could not find anything!  Tom is very easy to work with.  We made a number of changes along the way and he always listened to us and gave great advice.  We are so comfortable with Tom that we let him pick out things that we were struggling with, like the accent tile and the color of the walls.  His choices were great and really brought the room together. We cannot recommend Nicholas Tile & Bath high enough!!  Thank you for our wonderful bathroom!!

We had a very positive experience.  Nicholas Tile was very professional, prompt and responsive.  The workers were very clean and polite.  Tom did an excellent job keeping us apprised of their progress daily.  He was also very helpful in picking out tiles and fixture, and also the design. Even after the work was complete, Tom continues to be very responsive to any questions that we may we have. We were very happy with our experience and would certainly use this company again.

We cannot say enough about Nicholas Tile & Bath.  The work was thorough, professional, and at all times they had our desires at the center of the project.  Tom asked for our wants, offered his suggestions and delivered on the final proposal.  Most days they arrived for work after we left and were gone before we came home, trying not to impose on our time at home while still completing the job in a timely manner.  They also left the entire work area clean every day.  The whole job was done with the upmost professionalism.  And sure the big stuff looked great and was right, but the proof is in the details and to us, that is where Tom and his crew excelled.  Every little detail was done to perfection.   The caulk, grout, paint...all done with care and detail.  We have tried to find something less than perfect, and could not find anything.  Growing up, it was always a friend or family member doing jobs like this, but after seeing what the end result can be after letting a professional crew like Nicholas Tile and Bath do the job, we can say that it was truly worth the small cost.  It will be enjoyed for years to come.  We are already looking for other projects Tom can do for us!
